Clients have their goals simply due to a poor lifestyle this has to be adapted in the right ways. I am overweight and currently not exercising am i fit enough to have a personal trainer? I have be told a few times by potential new clients that they lack fitness and this is stopping them from taking part on the programme. This is very silly as the programme is adapted on the individual. This is something you need not worry about. Will I have to run or exercise i do not enjoy? You will not do exercise you hate, now but you will do the best exercise which enables you to get the best results. I can say running is not one of them! I have Injuries am i able to still take part in the programme? Again the programme is adapted for the individual. Most injuries are caused by lack of movement, poor posture, poor structural balance, these all can be corrected. You will become stronger enabling you to become injury free!
