Here at LC PersonalTraining we understand that not everyone has the same needs and aspirations when it comes to fitness. Every client starts with a free consultation in person or over the phone and then undergoes a comprehensive assessment prior to their training. Once their ambitions have been established, we then give them advice on the appropriate training, nutrition and possibly BioSignature protocols to take.
