The Sports Therapy and Massage Clinic is situated in Ely at our Personal Training Studio. Its facilities are purpose built, modern, with a light, warm and friendly atmosphere. It has a purpose-built treatment room and a rehab gym which is equipped with state of the art equipment for testing’s and corrective exercise, to allow you to get back to correct injury free function.
Sports Massage Therapy is commonly used in the treatment and management of injuries to decrease pain and increase healing rates, mobility and function. A wide range of conditions can be helped with this treatment such as:
- Headaches, neck, back and joint pain
- Arthritis, rheumatic disorders and swelling
- Ligament and tendon sprains and strains
- Postural and repetitive strain injuries

All our treatments can involved deep tissue massage techniques when required or requested.
